Haley Contracting is a full-service underground contractor we are licensed as a General Engineering Contractor A and also Fire Protection C-16 license.

We maintain a fleet Backhoes, Excavators, Water Wagons & Trucks, Dump Truck, Vacuum Equipment, Pipe Location, and Video Equipment.

We perform all phases of underground construction both onsite and offsite work consisting of the following:

Sewer:

Main Lines, Manholes, Taps, Service Lines, Metering Manholes, Video Inspection, Location, Ball & Flush, and all kinds of repairs.

Storm Drain:

Main Lines, Manholes, Taps, Manholes, Video Inspection, Location, Ball & Flush, Bio-Retention Areas.

Water:

Domestic & Fire Main Lines, Hot Taps from 1” to 10”, Fire Hydrants Installation, Repair & Flushing, Flow Testing, Domestic & Irrigation Water Services, Backflow Service & Replacement, Leak location and repair.
